A therapeutic space in north Dublin to explore difficult emotions, repeating patterns, and experiences that have felt too heavy to carry alone
Why Psychotherapy:
People often come to therapy when grappling with the impact of past experiences, overwhelming emotional states, relationship struggles, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck despite their best efforts to cope. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand the deeper emotional patterns shaping your life.
About me:
I am a clinical psychotherapist working with adults who feel caught in repeating emotional or relational patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or shame, carrying the effects of trauma, or living with a sense of not feeling fully at ease within themselves.
I provide a space where experiences that feel too heavy, complex, or difficult to share elsewhere can be approached with care and curiosity, allowing for new ways of understanding yourself and relating to others. I understand how difficult it is to begin speaking about experiences that have been carried alone for a long time.
How I work:
I offer psychotherapy in a compassionate therapeutic environment, where thoughts, feelings, and memories that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to speak about are welcomed without judgement, shame, or criticism.
I work with intense emotional states - rage, trauma responses, grief, and parts of the self that feel hard to put into words - to help people face these experiences without feeling alone in them. Sessions are reflective and exploratory rather than directive; our work will move at a pace that respects your readiness.
Location: I am based in Fairview Therapy Centre (directions below) and am available in-person and online on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.
Session Duration and Fee: I charge €70 per 50-minutes session. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions for those who are unemployed or in receipt of a minimum wage.
Initial Consultation: I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where we can talk briefly about what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.

-
The impact of recent or early-life trauma and/or neglect
-

-
Depression
-

-

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. It is so important that you feel comfortable with the person you choose to work with.
